This site is a memorial to
THE Absolutely, Positively MOST Original Rock Band
to come out of North Central Kansas called :

Tu Much! played many private parties, telethons and such from 1982-1986 in Phillips County, Kansas. They focused primarily on songs they wrote and included many of them in their live shows. Although they never recorded in a studio, most of their original songs were captured on cassette through the mixing board. Ironically the last thing the band did was to record a 5 song demo using a 4-track fostex cassette recorder in their practice room/studio in Glade, Kansas in early 1986.

Tu Much! was....(from left to right on picture above):

Curtis Johnson - Guitar, Keyboards, & Vocals
Scott Merklein - Drums & Vocals
Kevin Merklein - Lead Guitar & Vocals
Mitch Klink - Bass Guitar & Vocals
Randie Shea (not pictured)- Sound Tech
Pat Chambers -(not pictured) Lead Vocals (1985-86)

In the summer of 1985, Tu Much! added female vocalist Pat Chambers to the line-up for a more diverse range of cover tune possibilities. Pat sang anything from Pat Benatar to Journey and really helped the bands' number of cover tune selections. Even though she only sang at a couple of shows, she really helped the band to take it to even more extreme!.
