20 Years ago this year, a project amongst two friends emerged.....two originals songs and a road trip to Manhattan Kansas to record them in a small 16 track home studio; the idea of T-n-C evolved. Tommy Woitaszewski & Curtis Johnson....T (Tommy)-n-C (Curtis)was born and set out to conquer the world (well at least northern Kansas and Central Nebraska anyway!) Ambitious young songwriters eagerly trying to get radio airplay and recognition for their orginal pop/rock tunes, T-n-C kept quite busy playing at many proms and clubs. They recieved quite a bit of radio airplay on local stations KQMA in Phillipsburg and KZMC in Mc Cook, Nebraska. (Thanks to fans calling in and requesting the single.) Tommy and Curtis also were featured 'in studio' guests on these two stations and gave away many copies of their new record to listeners. T-n-C went through a couple of member changes and in 1989 with Terry Hansen behind the drums and Brad McFarland shredding on the lead guitar...the band was complete and cranking out the hair band anthems of the times!
